We can recall that the examination was administered to basic pupils on their 6th grade of basic education. Everyone knows that the main purpose of setting up this examination is to make selections of candidates for admission into private and government secondary school also called the Federal Colleges. 


All the Colleges are Secondary schools owned by both private individuals and/or the Federal Government of Nigeria. This examination came with an objective is to substitute harmony among the children across the country. The examination is usually held two times in a year. After the exam, the NCEE Results of the first set of examination is a mock exam which determines the candidates that qualify for a 2nd examination based on cut-off marks setup for each state in Nigeria. The result of the second examination qualifies candidates for admission based on merit, equal state quota and environment considerations into the secondary schools and colleges.

Federal NCEE Result Checker for National Common Entrance Examination which is required for admission into any of the Junior Secondary School (JSS ONE) of Federal Government Unity Colleges for this year has been written throughout Nigeria.
